Held at the Presidential Suite that boasts the skyline of Solo, the dinner took Sulawesi \ufb02avors to the \ufb01ne dining scene courtesy of Chef Petty Elliott, the hotel\u2019s Guest Chef in Residence. Among the dishes presented that night were Ikan Gohu from North Sulawesi<br \/>\nas the appetizer, and Soto Makassar and Es Pallu Butung from South Sulawesi for the third and \ufb01nal courses respectively. The dinner was made even more special as each dish was paired beautifully with \ufb01ne wine, including Matua Sauvignon Blanc from Australia and Bottega Amore Moscato from Italy.
